Hello. My site has stopped updating. Bard Pro, the last update 2.7.3. When trying to update, a message appears: Update failed, download failed, cURL error 35: TCP connection reset by peer. Site  https://школасинтез.рф

Your issue with the theme update was redirected to the tech support and there is the reply from the team:

“Thank you for the information.

Looking at the screenshot, I noticed that your customer was getting cURL error 35 which means that there’s an SSL connection error. Please ask them to check with their hosting provider to make sure their OpenSSL is properly installed and configured on the site and that they are not blocking any SSL-related stuff. Once it’s confirmed that everything looks good on their end, please ask them for FTP access so I can investigate further.

Let me know how it goes.”

Please follow the instructions and let us know the results, in case everything is fine on server side, FTP info we need for the further investigation are HostName/username/password and port number.
