    Hello!

I recently purchased and began running Ashe Pro version 3.7.9. Everything was up and working beautifully as hoped. I then went to update my PHP with my host provider from 7.4 to 8.1 (the recent PHP version is 8.3) but my site immediately crashed. My host provider had to revert the PHP version back to 7.4 in order to get the site back up and running. Is there an incompatibility issue with this theme with PHP over 7.4? If so, can this be resolved somehow?

Also – another quick question. It looks like Word Press is signaling I should upgrade to MySQL 8.0 – I’m running an outdated version currently. Can you tell me if this theme is fully compatible with SQL 8.0, and if there are any known issues with upgrading?

    Hi,

We investigated your website, we can’t seem to find the same issues as you describe, can you please deactivate all the plugins and check for the issue again? We are not allowed to deactivate/activate or make changes on your website.

    1. The reason for the issue can be your installed plugins, please deactivate them one by one and you will able to catch which one was the source for the issue.

    2. If you want to not lose all the changes made with the plugins, please install 3rd party plugin staging, clone your website database and make the changes on the cloned staging site, here is the video guide to better understand how it works.https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YtY-q5BBpeE

    3. Please make sure to clear cached data of the website and browser and check for the issue with fresh load, if the instructions above won’t help, please let us know and our dev team will take a look.

    Kind Regards

    Hello,

I did some testing with the plugins and that seemed to be the problem I was seeing. Everything seems to be up and working just fine now, on PHP 8.3. Thank you very much!
