I just upgraded from the Free to the Pro version of the Ashe theme and although I used to be able to Show Drop Caps on the Post Elements page they no longer appear even though the “Show Drop Caps” box is checked in the “Post Elements” section of the “Blog Page” customization panel.
Drop Caps do display properly on every other page, including in Single Posts (where the “Show Drop Caps” box is also checked).
I have tried unchecking the “Show Drop Caps” box<span style=”display: inline !important; float: none; background-color: #ffffff; color: #333333; font-family: Georgia,’Times New Roman’,’Bitstream Charter’,Times,serif; font-size: 16px; font-style: normal; font-variant: normal; font-weight: 400; letter-spacing: normal; orphans: 2; text-align: left; text-decoration: none; text-indent: 0px; text-transform: none; -webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px; white-space: normal; word-spacing: 0px;”> in the “Post Elements” section of the “Blog Page” customization panel, then publishing the change, then re-checking the box and re-publishing—yet that did not resolve the problem. </span>
I’m using Ashe Pro Version: 3.5.6 which I purchased, downloaded, installed, and activated earlier today.
