I have a test site where I’m testing “Royal Elementor Addons.” Today there is a huge notice for “Royal Elementor Theme Builder” telling me to go to the theme builder or the library.
I click them and I get “Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.”
So I looked and that is for a plugin that called ” Royal Elementor Theme Builder” which I haven’t installed. I’m confused as to why it is there.
Hi WH,
At first, thank you for choosing our theme and service.
Can you please describe the issue you have in more detail? Please share a direct link to the page where the issue appears and for more clarifications, please share screenshots of the issue.
Kind Regards
Hi WH,
At first, sorry for the late reply, we had holidays.
Seems that issue has gone right? If you need any further assistance, we need to check your website from the back end as the issue appears in the admin area, please install this 3rd party plugin “Temporary Login Without Password Plugin” which allows us to access your dashboard without sharing access details.
To better understand how the plugin works, please watch the video guide below: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EMu0e78OpJo
