    Hi,

After AshePro installation my right sidebar was lost on Home page and main categories in the blog menu and few other pages (blog subcategories are displayed as they supposed to be – with the right sidebar). I did try 2 methods which I took from the forum (Cassandra had the same problem and got the answer in November 2024). The settings are correct if I go through the path: dashboard-appearance-customise-general layout-page view. If I try another method (page-edit-option-show-sidebar) there is no such option available, I checked both WP editor and Elementor editor. What else I can do?

Another issue with it is the IG feed doesn’t display correctly, there is no feed shown, just play icons, odd placement. I tried to change options but nothing change, it is as it is now.

I have everything updated (WP, plugins, php, theme). What the issue may be?

    Hi Malvina,

We checked your mentioned issue from theback end.

    1. Actually the option to display the sidebars on the home pate are listed under the page options and we simply activated, may be you missed the options. When you open the page in Wp editr scroll down to the bottom of the edit page and you’ll see the page options.

    2. Regarding the Instagram issue: we can see that for some reason images are not showing up in the editor nether, please check the screenshot here: https://prnt.sc/3mwHYAOkw8RA
We recommend to contact Instagram plugin support team and ask for assistance.

    Kind Regards
