Hi the AShe Pro theme seems to be missing the opportunity to replace the default homepage with the another WP page. is that correct or am I just looking in the wrong places?

June 2, 2023 at 11:51 pm #71228Hi Ninklas,
At first, thank you for choosing our theme and service.
Can you please describe the issue you have in more detail? Please share a direct link to the page where the issue appears and for more clarifications, please share screenshots of the issue.
Kind Regards
June 5, 2023 at 1:30 pm #71258Sure, there are typically two ways to replace the theme default hompage.
- From the theme customization menu where the HomePage has it is own sub-menu point, this is not the case
- from the WP site settings-> Reding settings: here the option is not visible. when I install another basic theme it is available.
I can’t attach screendumps here, do you have an email that I can send them to?

June 12, 2023 at 7:54 pm #71278Hi Niklas,
At first, sorry for the late reply, we had holidays.
In order to assist we need to check your website from the back end, please install this 3rd party plugin “Temporary Login Without Password Plugin” which allows us to access your dashboard without sharing access details.
To better understand how the plugin works, please watch the video guide below: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EMu0e78OpJo

We checked your website, firth thing first we did is charged the theme to the WordPress default theme, to check if the issue still exists and yes, no matter which theme options are still missing, secondly we deactivated 3rd party plugins and got the same result.
Please ensure that you are logged in as an administrator or a user role with sufficient privileges. Some user roles, such as “Contributor” or “Subscriber,” may not have access to this setting.
We recommend contacting the WordPress support team or you hosting/server for further assistance.

June 14, 2023 at 3:05 pm #71298Hi
So I had to reinstall the entire WordPress installation, and now the hompage setting is visible again. While trying to reactivate Ashe Pro again it won’t show me the option, is there a tip, should I delete the webpage on Freemius and start all over?
thanks
June 14, 2023 at 7:43 pm #71303Hi Niklas,
Actually, WordPress installation and Theme are not connected and do not affect each other, seems that during the WordPress installation process something happened that caused the issue.
If all works fine now, please feel free to use your website and theme without any extra actions.
Kind Regards
