Hi – My theme seems to not load in thumbnails until I refresh. I’m wondering if its the number of images on each loading item.

Is there a way to just show the 1st attached image or the featured image instead of the slider? Or could it be the Lazyloader issue?

Hi Simon,

 

1. The reason for the issue can be your installed plugins, please deactivate them one by one and you will able to catch the which one was the source for the issue.

2. If you want to not lose all the changes made with the plugins, please install 3rd party plugin staging, clone your website database and make the changes on the cloned staging site, here is the video guide to better understand how it works.https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YtY-q5BBpeE

Plug-ins removed 1 by 1. No difference. Feels like a weight issue (loading too many images at once but gives up after 2 secs).

Is there a way to only load 1 main featured image?

Unfortunately, it’s not possible with the theme options, but its strange case.

Hi Simon,

 

Weird, we spent more than an hour to get the same issue on our end but images are loading correctly, in the latest WP version image lazy load is integrated, but it has no effect on the issue you described.

I will redirect this topic to the developer’s board and they will check again, please don’t change the login URL.
