    I’m having trouble logging into the freemius to re-download the Ashe Pro theme I bought in 2023. Password reset does not work, and the original password in the purchase email isn’t working anymore either.

    Please make sure that purchase was made using the provided email address, and also please share with us First and Second name you used during the purchase.

    As we mentioned, the email is different for some reason, we were able to find the order by the Custom ID you shared, please check the screenshot here: https://imgur.com/D7CIDpR

    Now, with the email address shown in the screenshot, you can recover the password and login details.
