I have bought the Pro licence long time ago… now the system ask me to add the license key. I do not have it, and I cannot get it, because the mail adress I used is already deleted – I changed it here, but not for the order (freemius)

is there any chance to get the license key on another way or do I have to purchase it again – and why do I need to add the license key again?

Actually we need the email address you used during the purchase or first name last name, we will find the purchase and we will deactivate the license key for you and then you’ll be able to activate it again.

I have also problems with the key. I had a page with Ashe Pro license. Now it’s down and I can’t deactivate the key. I need this key for the next page. It’s the same website at a new host. Can you help me?

To move the activated license key from one domain to another you need to deactivate it first on the current website, in order to do it please follow the instructions below:

Go to the following link: https://users.freemius.com/

Log in to your personal cabinet using the email address you used during the purchase.

Once logged in, you can access various features, including downloading the plugin, deactivating your purchased license for a website transfer, checking purchase receipts, and more.

If you’ve forgotten your password, you can recover it using the same email address.
