    Hi.

    I have Bard Pro theme. I also created a child theme of Bard Pro which is currently activated.

    I installed the Loco translate plugin.

    When I go to Loco translate->Themes-> Bar Pro child, I click New language.

    I get the message “Template missing, This bundle doesn’t define a translations template file.”

    Please help, I don’t know what to do next. I don’t have enough experience to mess with my WP folders and PHP…

    Hi Tina,

     

    1. We need to access your website Dashboard to check for the issue, please create a new user under Dashboard > Users > Add new with administrator permissions and share login details, login URL/username/password and we will translate untranslated strings.

    2. Please also share all the string names you want to be translated and their definitions on your preferred language.

    Please make sure to mark your reply as private to hide it from the public.

    Hi Tina,

     

    We are not allowed to access the admin page for the country security reasons. Please contact your server/hosting provider and ask them to allow us access your website, ask them to white list Georgia: https://nimb.ws/Ng3yvZ

    Hi,

    I now found out that my Loco translate plugin works normally. I am sorry – I thought It did not work and that only you can translate my strings.

    I will translate them on my own with the plugin – thank you for helping me with the Loco translate plugin which now works.
