Hello, I already sent my complaint regarding main picture change that once I changed on mobile device and other device the look is not coming out right.

I got a reply but the reply button doesn’t work so how to reply and mention private as have been asked to send username name and login password.

Also contact form I would like to design as per my specifications and not able to do it as well.

Please advise. Having a lot of problems setting my website
