    Howdy!

    I spent a fair amount of time configuring the free theme before purchasing the pro version, and when I activate the pro theme and enter my license key, none of my customizations carry over to the pro one. Oof. How can I get everything migrated in?

    We apologize for any inconvenience caused by the customizations not carrying over to the pro version. We’re here to help you get everything migrated successfully.

    To better assist you, we would need to take a closer look at your website’s configuration and settings. In order for us to access your dashboard without sharing sensitive login details, please install the “Temporary Login Without Password” plugin. This plugin will generate a temporary login URL that you can share with us.

    To guide you through the process, we have created a video tutorial that explains how to use the plugin. You can watch the tutorial on YouTube by following this link: [Temporary Login Without Password Plugin Tutorial](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EMu0e78OpJo)

    Once you have generated the temporary login URL, please provide it to us, and we will be able to access your dashboard and investigate the migration issue further. We’ll do our best to ensure that your customizations are properly transferred to the pro version.

    Hi! Thank you for the reply! I ended up manually copying settings over that afternoon, and it wasn’t too bad.
