    Hi Alessandro,

At first, thank you for choosing our theme and service.

To provide you with the most accurate assistance, could you please describe the issue you’re facing in more detail? Additionally, sharing a direct link to the page where the problem appears would be immensely helpful. If possible, providing screenshots of the issue will give us a clearer understanding and allow for more targeted support.

Once we have this information, we’ll be better equipped to identify the issue and provide a solution.

    Kind Regards

    Good morning,

The problem lies in the formatting, color, and font of the text. It makes it very difficult to lay out my blog posts without having real feedback while editing.

    my site: https://www.paperstories.it/

I’ll try including a link to my Google Drive where I’ve added screenshots of the editor and the actual published page for a comparison.

    Thank you very much.

Just to clarify: I purchased my web domain from a provider that already provided a WordPress installation, and I installed your theme on that. Since the provider allows me to restore the database and site from scratch, as when I first purchased/activated them, do you think I should try a clean reset, manually installing WordPress/theme and database, and see if that solves the problem?

If necessary, I can revert to my old blog using the backup provided.

If necessary, to reinstall your theme, do I need to “free” it first, then go through the domain change process? And reactivate it a second time? Or, since the domain name is the same, will I be able to activate it anyway?

    Thanks 🙂

Alright, I did a clean install of WordPress, your theme, and a few other things, and things seem to have improved. But not entirely: I’ve attached my Google Drive where the SITE and EDITOR images clearly show the difference between the two layouts. It would be nice if they matched up more closely. How can I make the editor more closely resemble the actual published site?

    Thanks

Thanks for your reply. There’s actually not much else I’d like to share with you right now. The theme is very nice, works well, and fairly easy to customize. The only problem, as I mentioned, seems to be that the editor doesn’t use the same CSS as the theme, so I’m having a really hard time setting up my pages, both the home page and the blog, without constantly switching between the editor and preview, which is quite frustrating. Searching the WordPress forums, I’ve seen that this is a fairly common problem, and that many people do it by reprogramming PHP pages and CSS files, something I’m not skilled at. I hope you can solve my problem. Good luck!

    Hello again,

As I understand the issue here is difference between post/page editing in backend  and customizer/frontend right ? only thing we can offer is to restyle it with customizer settings, we can’t make it totally same as post/page editor of backend cause themes layout is different from dashboard editor and only way to customize it is according customizer settings.

If I’m missing something please tell us and we’ll dig deeper

    Kind regards,
    George

Good morning again, I admit I didn’t quite understand what you were saying. Perhaps because my problem wasn’t fully understood? What I’m saying is: how I see the post I’m editing in the Gutenberg block editor is totally different than the post when it is published, in essence it is not “What You See Is What You Get” (WYSIWYG) editor. The font, the layout, the size of the images, the space between columns, the indents and paragraphs are completely staggered. Maybe because the style of your theme is not well configured? Is it not completely compatible? I don’t know. I’m not a CSS programmer. What I’m asking is just to know if it will become compatible or to publish a post I have to constantly switch between the editor and Gutenberg and a preview to see the result before I publish a post, in this case it would be quite annoying, for a blog, a waste of time. Excuse me. Alternatively, are there free editors that do this? I would like the way I write and lay out a page/post to be exactly what is then seen on the site. That’s all. At your disposal. Eventually, since I find it of little use, If this issue isn’t resolved, can I ask for a refund? It hasn’t been 30 days since my purchase. Thank you very much.

    Good luck!
