I’m not sure when this changed, but when I insert a Gallery block from my Media Library and then click “Transform to” to convert them to individual images rather than in a grid formation, it no longer puts a blank line spacing between the bottom of the previous image and the top of the next one; all of the images are smushed together in one vertically-running images rather than having a strip of white space between each one. This used to work fine but now I’m seeing the issue on my site on both desktop and mobile. How do I fix this without having to edit each photo individually in some way?

Hi J Seiderer,
Please navigate to Dashboard > Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS section add the following snippet:
.wp-block-image {
margin-bottom: 15px;
}
Kind Regards
That worked perfectly, thank you so much!
