Hi
I purchased Ashe Pro last September and am just getting time to work on my site again. I had a custom WP site that I want to simplify. I chose your theme because I liked the large picture at the top style, and because your ads indicated that I can customize it many ways. However, I can’t figure out how to get what I want.
I know how to get a large picture at the top. I now want to create a front page that is basically a blog on the left side – meaning mostly text. Then in the right column I want to have the user access blogs, articles, video, audio content pages with recent ones at the top and using widgets to create ways of access below that in the right column. I’d like to have a footer with some simple menus as well.
Basically I need you tell me how to get a “blog” looking front page. How do I create a left hand wide column with my latest blog entry? Let’s start with that.

At first, thank you for choosing our theme and service.
Header Image – Please navigate to Dashboard > Appearance> Customise> Header Image, Slider & Video. From this section, you’ll be able to choose a new image for the header section
Sidebars – In the Ashe Pro theme, sidebars can be enabled via several ways, first is to select page layout with sidebar, for this please navigate to Dashboard > Appearance > Customise> General Layouts > Page Layouts and choose your preferred style which includes sidebars, here is the screenshot: https://nimb.ws/Pk14rf
The pages which are not listed in this customizer section can also use sidebars via page options. Please navigate to Dashboard > Pages > Edit page > Page Options > Show Sidebar
Please make sure that widgets in the sidebar areas are added from the back end. Please navigate to Dashboard > Appearance > Widgets and check sidebar areas are filled with the widgets you want to be displayed.
Footer Menu – Please navigate to Dashboard > Menus > Create a new menu or choosean existing one, then at the bottom of the page you’ll see the options to where to display this menu and choose the option Show in Footer Section.
If you want to have your website home page as a blog page, please navigate to Dashboard > Settings > Reading > Your homepage displays and chose the option “Your Latest Posts”
Kind Regards
