Hi! I recently pushed my staging site to live but for some reason, the Ashe Pro theme keeps saying that my license is in use. I’ve already deleted the staging environment (as it was taking too much disk usage). The URL of my site has not changed. Not sure what to do here.

    Hi,

Thank you for reaching out and for explaining the situation.

This is happening because your license is valid for **one domain only**. It was previously activated on your **staging site**, and when you pushed the site live, the license was still counted as being used on the staging domain. As a result, it cannot be activated on the production site until it is released.

To fix this, you just need to deactivate the license from the staging site and then activate it on the live site. You can do this by managing your license from your personal account:

    1. Go to: [https://users.freemius.com/](https://users.freemius.com/)

    2. Log in using the email address you used during the purchase.

    3. In your dashboard, deactivate the license for the staging domain.

    4. Return to your live site and activate the license there.

If you’ve forgotten your password, you can recover it using the same purchase email address.

Once the license is moved, the theme will activate normally and your design will be restored.

If you run into any issues during this process, feel free to let us know and we’ll be happy to help.

    Kind Regards
