i’d need to create an area with text in it in my homepage, right under the header.
The area with text have to be static.

How can i do it?

The site is in localhost now so i cannot share any link. I have to put a static welcome message in my homepage right under the header image area (see the image for reference) with a background of a differente grayish color.

Is it possible?

With the theme options, you can display here Featured links and slider if you want to add some other elements you need to use custom coding or easiest way is page builders, for example, Elementor page builder.
