Hello, I recently purchased this theme. I am having trouble with the main navigation menu, header, and featured link showing up. They are all active when I go to Customize, but I do not see them when I go to my website. I have tried to use another Ashe template and they will not work as well. Have contacted support twice with no help. Can someone here help me?

I was told in an e-mail to download a plugin with no further instructions.
