hello Support,

i installed MailPoet 2 as advised in your documentation but it is asking me to upgrade to mailPoet 3.

1). Is the MailPoet 3 compatible with your theme and do you advise on upgrade?

2). How do i customise the subscription form and change colors like the one on your site https://bard-pro.wp-royal-themes.com/demo/?ref=item-bard-pro-prev-btn

Yes, you can update MailPoet, usually, it’s the best way to have up to dated themes and plugins than old versions.

But on your shared demo page, we used the plugin MC4WP: Mailchimp for WordPress
