    Hello Ashe Pro Support Team,

     

    I am currently experiencing a license configuration issue related to a cloned WordPress site and would appreciate your guidance.

     

    **Note:** For privacy reasons, I am using placeholder domain names in this inquiry:

    – Original site: AAAA.co.jp (actual domain withheld)

    – Current site: BBBB.co.jp (actual domain withheld)

     

    **Current Situation:**

    – Original site: AAAA.co.jp (where the license was initially activated)

    – Current site: BBBB.co.jp (cloned from the original site)

    – I am now using Ashe Pro on the BBBB.co.jp site

    – The Pro features are working on BBBB.co.jp, likely due to the cloning process

    – However, in my account dashboard (https://customers.freemius.com/websites), the WEBSITES field still shows “AAAA.co.jp”

     

    **The Problem:**

    The original site (AAAA.co.jp) no longer exists and has been completely removed.

     

    **What I Need:**

    I would like to migrate the license registration from AAAA.co.jp to BBBB.co.jp.

     

    **My Questions:**

    1. What steps should I take to properly update the WEBSITES field to BBBB.co.jp?

    2. Will this operation have any impact on the BBBB.co.jp site’s current configuration, data, or functionality?

    3. Will I need to reactivate the license manually, or will it be handled automatically?

     

    I have only one license activation available, but since the original site no longer exists, I believe this should be a migration rather than a new activation.

    At first, thank you for choosing our theme and service.

    To move the activated license key from one domain to another you need to deactivate it first on the current website, in order to do it please follow the instructions below:

    Go to the following link: https://users.freemius.com/

    Log in to your personal cabinet using the email address you used during the purchase.

    Once logged in, you can access various features, including downloading the plugin, deactivating your purchased license for a website transfer, checking purchase receipts, and more.

    If you’ve forgotten your password, you can recover it using the same email address.

    Should you encounter any issues or need further assistance, feel free to reach out.
