Hi Vako,

I hope you are well.

The new query of the day. I am trying to use a plugin called WP Full Stripe, which is the only solution I have to another problem with my membership software not being SCA ready and declining payments. So I really need Full Stripe to work.

I have installed it and made my check out the form but the shortcode won’t work. I asked the support at Full Stripe and they suggested it was an incompatible plugin or theme issue. Thanks to your help last time I closed my site and went through deleting my plugins one by one. Unfortunately, this did not resolve the issue of the other page not loading.

So now I am wondering if it is a theme issue. Please could you help, this is way above my understanding. I have cut and paste their reply below in case it helps.

It looks like there is a custom code snippet, a plugin, or the WordPress theme which doesn’t use the jQuery javascript library as recommended by WordPress. It causes a conflict which results in a javascript error while the page is being loaded, that’s why it’s stuck at the spinning wheel.
