Hello there.

I was wondering whether there is email support or if the forum is the only way to get support. The reason I am asking is that I sent an email to them four days ago for the first time after purchasing the pro version, and I never received an automatic email saying that they have received my email. If there is one, what is the average email response time and what is the average response time for the forum posting? Thank you.
