How do I reduce the size of the featured image

Hi – I need a little help navigating how to reduce the size of the featured image and the header. Both are out of balance with the page(s). They dominate. I really don’t know how to code, although I do understand a little style.css.

Please try to use some other 3rd party plugins to rebuild your thumbnails for example “Ajax Thumbnail Rebuild”

Hello – thanks for the suggestion to use Ajax Thumbnail Rebuild. However, this plugin has not been tested for the latest version of WordPress and it hasn’t been updated for 8 months. Could suggest another plugin that would reduce the size of the Featured Images or suggest a css code that would do this?

I think the plugin can be useful anyway, in case you can’t use it you should look for some other ones because with the CSS it’s not possible to manage the image size on the greed.
