Unfortunately, it’s not possible with the theme options, please try to use some other 3rd party plugins to add the functionality to your website.

For this, you need to use 3rd party plugin Woocommerce.

Actually you need to modify uploaded images for the web, here are the several 3rd party plugins which can help you, and you need to optimize the size of the image not their dimensions: https://wordpress.org/plugins/shortpixel-image-optimiser/
