Hi All

 

When I make changes to my website header or change my primary/secondary/tertiary colors I can see the change happen in the customise preview. However, when I save the changes they don’t change at all on my website. It remains the default header/colors. Can anyone suggest what might be happening?…or not

Please make sure that the changes you made are published instead of saving them as a draft.

If you published changes and they still do not apply to the live site, in order to assist we need to check your website from the back end, please install this 3rd party plugin “Temporary Login Without Password Plugin” which allows us to access your dashboard without sharing access details.
