Hi there. Am using free version of this great theme and just setting up some products in WooCommerce. I have tried to set the product image size to no more than 300 pixels across and yet the theme continues to enlarge the image. I have saved my changes in the customizer and see the same enlarged image no matter what browser I view the page in. You can use the link below to see how large the image looks on the page and yet when you click on the image to see the full size image you can see that the image is smaller in real life.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
April 26, 2019 at 7:14 pm #34630Oh, I should say that I have product image size set to 300 pixels and thumbnails set at 150 pixels wide uncropped in the customizer.

I am also having another issue that I have a question about but I am concerned as I have not received an answer to my first issue.
My client really likes this theme and we really would like to get it to work for us. Just curious, if I pay for the $29 for the pro version for her website, would I get better support?
Thanks

At first sorry for the late reply, we have Easter holidays.
I will redirect this topic to the developers and they will check.
But before please check your store once again I think they are looking much better then was.
Kind Regards
April 30, 2019 at 9:51 pm #34759Hi there – thank you for your reply. I do indeed appreciate your time.
I did check the images in my store again and I see the same problem unfortunately. The theme is enlarging the image in every instance except when you click on the zoom – only then does it show it actual size which is approx 300 pixels wide. I have image size set to 300 in the customizer (150 for thumbnails also) so I don’t understand what is going wrong.
Looking forward to hearing what your developers might say.

Please navigate to Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS and add the following snippet:
.woocommerce-product-gallery__image a > img { width: auto !important; } div.product > div.woocommerce-product-gallery { width: auto !important; }
