usually I see first lines of post on the start of the website. On mobile devices I see full post instead of “preview… how can I make it the same way for mobile devices like it`s shown on pc?

At first sorry for the late reply, we have Easter holidays.

Please navigate to Dashboard > Appearance > Customize > Blog Page and uncheck the option “Make First Post Full Width”
