for some reason the Featured Links option only shows, when i pick a post as my  start page. But when i select a static site, It disapears

The featured links in the free version of the theme only appear on the Blog Page(post page)

So if I’d buy the pro version, you promise I can enable features links and slider etc on a static site and not just a blog post?
