Hi there,

I am changing the excerpt length within the theme and it is not adjusting. Currently, the excerpt is starting in the middle of sentences, not even complete words. I’ve tried adjusting the length, it doesn’t seem to do anything.

I’m unsure how to correct this.

I am using Elementor in case that makes a difference.

The pic below shows partial words and incomplete sentences. Is there a way to get control over that?

If I go back to the blog, hat is actually that, not to mention it’s the middle of a sentence.

Is there a way to control that or is that just how it shows up? If that’s just how it shows up I’ll have to remove the excerpts.

Unfortunately there is no other way to do this, this is based on Worpdress functionality and unfortunately theme has no other control over it.

It might be some third-party plugins which might help you but there is a low chance because as I told you before WP has no control over this feature.
