    Hello,

    so I’ve been using the Vayne Pro theme for a while now and I’m really enjoying it, but I do have an issue I wanna resolve.

    So I have a ‘Featured Slider’ feature on my site, and when in desktop mode it works great and the image is exactly the size I want it to be – the problem appears when I’m viewing my site in mobile mode. The image is way to big, and it doesn’t look good, but when I try to make the image size smaller in mobile mode, it also makes it smaller in desktop mode, which makes the image too small when in desktop mode (Screenshots here https://we.tl/t-8qxiFONzKg).

    Is there a way to have one image size for desktop mode and another one for the mobile mode?

    Hi Marija,

     

    Unfortunately, it’s not possible to use images for the mobile screens separately, we also mentioned that for some reason theme responsive styles are blocked and sliders remain huge in size. We tried to adjust the CSS snippets but had no luck.

    In order to assist we need to check your website from the back end, please install this 3rd party plugin “Temporary Login Without Password Plugin” which allows us to access your dashboard without sharing access details.
