We tried all the known methods to upload demo content to your WordPress site, with a theme built-in demo import and also we tried custom upload using XML file but still your website responds with the failed upload notice.

This can only mean that your server provide has some issue, please send them this reply and explain that even with XML file we cant upload demo content on the website, especially issue has images.

It doesn’t matter at all which theme is activated on the website, demo content upload with XML file must work.
