Hi I have been through the installation process a number of times and have not managed to get the correct demo content – I get the support menu pages. I am expecting to have what I see in the demo’s ie – Homepage, About, Contact, Shop, Cart etc.
I am also having trouble with the instagram feed. I have followed the video exactly but the instagram link has not been established.
Finally, how do I copy the homepage so that I have 2 versions?
Hi Angela,
At first, thank you for choosing our theme and service.
In order to assist we need to check your website from the back end, please install this 3rd party plugin “Temporary Login Without Password Plugin” which allows us to access your dashboard without sharing access details.
To better understand how the plugin works, please watch the video guide below: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EMu0e78OpJo

Can you tell me what the differences are between Bard pro and Ashe Pro. I want to be able to put anything image/text I want on the slider not just blogs and I read somewhere that on Ashe you could do that.
Are there any instructions for linking facebook posts in the same way as instegram posts.
Thank you.
Hi Angela,
Sorry for the late reply we have been on holidays
1. Demo content is imported on the website as we see, there might be some missing parts in the menu section, but it can be due to server/hosting issues, so it’s not a big deal, BCS the menu items must be replaced with your own actual pages later.
2. Regarding the Instagram widget, we checked your Instagram profile and you don’t have any posts uploaded yet, no images no videos, etc, so there is nothing that the feed on the website can display.
4. There are a few differences between the Ashe and Bard theme, some customizer options, and design styles.
Kind Regards
