When you open the search engine that comes with the theme, the following default text appears “Type & hit Enter…”.

I need to change said text, or at least translate it into Spanish and I can’t find where to do it.

To translate theme untranslated strings, please try to use 3rd party plugin Loco Translate for it:   https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7LtyVjw46r8
