I did follow the troubleshooting step but no luck. I was just simply use the sample data in Ashe Pro and edit, not sure what’s go wrong.
Dear customer,
Thank you for reaching out to us regarding the issue you’re experiencing with editing the WooCommerce shop page using Elementor in Ashe Pro.
Please note that the ability to edit WooCommerce pages using Elementor is not directly related to the theme itself but rather to the compatibility and functionality of the page builder. In this case, the issue seems to be with Elementor’s integration with WooCommerce.
To troubleshoot the problem, we recommend trying the following steps:
Update Elementor and all related plugins to their latest versions.
Disable any additional plugins that might conflict with Elementor or WooCommerce.
Clear your browser cache and try accessing the page again.
Try editing the shop page using a different browser or device to see if the issue persists.
If the problem still persists after following these steps, we recommend reaching out to Elementor’s support team for further assistance. They will have more in-depth knowledge of any known issues or conflicts between Elementor and WooCommerce
We apologize for any inconvenience caused, and we appreciate your understanding. If you have any further questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to let us know.
Best regards
