    Updated to WordPress 5.9 today and can no longer customize Bard Pro Theme.

    In order to assist we need to check your website from the back end, please install this 3rd party plugin “Temporary Login Without Password Plugin” which allows us to access your dashboard without sharing access details.

    Hi Carol,

     

    Actually, the theme license is not active on your website, that’s why you are unable to use all the pro features, please activate the license key and your issue will be fixed.
