Background Color of Footer keeps reverting back to default color

Hello,

I was wondering if someone could help me out. I’m working on the Ashe Pro theme, and I have been changing the background color of my footer to black but it keeps reverting back to the default color, which is a light grey.

I have cleared my cache a few times to see if that was the issue, but no. Looked at in a private window. but it’s reverting back everywhere.

Any suggestions? solutions?
