Hi,
We have a big issue with the compatibility of your theme with AWP Classified Plugin.
We have written a long and very detailed post with all the details but when we click on “submit” we received this error from wordfence (and we do not see anymore the screenshot we put above):
So we can’t send you the details about our problem!
<div id=”gtx-trans” style=”position: absolute; left: 155px; top: 165px;”>
<div class=”gtx-trans-icon”></div>
</div>June 13, 2023 at 8:04 pm #71292Hi FullAM,
At first, thank you for choosing our theme and service.
Can you please describe the issue you have in more detail? Please share a direct link to the page where the issue appears and for more clarifications, please share screenshots of the issue.
Kind Regards
June 13, 2023 at 8:41 pm #71294Hi,
Yes i already wrote a long and detailed problem explaination, but wordfence blocked it and deleted the message.
However, in summary, the page where the problem occurs is this:
https://www.capre.it/classifieds/place-ad/We use your theme Ashe Pro and AWP Classifieds Plugin version 4.3
The problem is that a plugin drop down menu does not appear, and an error is reported in the console. I want attach the error as an image otherwise wordfence will block the message again, but i not know how.
But if you open the page and try to add a new ad you can see it in console. The problem concerns the theme, because using the same precise configuration but with different themes it works correctly.
There are no errors in the PHP log, and we also don’t see anything unusual in the webserver’s access log.
Also when we bought the theme (about mid-September 2022), everything was working fine.
We know for sure that the problem occurs with theme versions 3.7.1.9 and 3.7.4, but we don’t know from which update this problem exists.
The site has been in production (replacing the old site) for about a month and we have realized the problem. Since then we have been trying to contact you but have had some problems with the forum account.
Please note that this feature is essential to the site and that it is not working is causing us harm.
We hope you can resolve the issue as soon as possible.
Thanks
June 14, 2023 at 7:34 pm #71300Hi FullAm,
In order to assist we need to check your website from the back end, please install this 3rd party plugin “Temporary Login Without Password Plugin” which allows us to access your dashboard without sharing access details.
To better understand how the plugin works, please watch the video guide below: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EMu0e78OpJo
Please make sure to mark your reply as private to hide it from the public.

June 14, 2023 at 8:07 pm #71304Hi Vako,
We are sorry but due to company security policies we absolutely cannot share access to the website backend.
But if you believe that access to the backend is necessary and mandatory, we can offer you to make a video call by sharing our screen and showing you what you need, or trying out what you propose to do.
How would you like to proceed?
June 14, 2023 at 8:15 pm #71305Hi FullAM,
We understand your company security policy that’s why we offer to use 3rd party plugin for accessing the admin panel, it does not require login credentials to be shared such as login, username and password.
Kind Regards

Kind Regards,
