I recently purchased the Ashe Pro last September 26, 2025 and installed it in WordPress. I activated the Ashe Pro theme in WordPress and when it was activated, Ashe Pro theme seems to be an improvement from Ashe free theme, but the look of Ashe Pro theme looked nothing like the Ashe Pro theme suggested in the Demo even if the “Import Demo Content” was used.

The Ashe Pro I downloaded looked like this:

Ashe Pro Doesnt match to Demo Version

The Ashe Pro shown in Demo looked like this:

    Ashe Pro Demo Version

I’m at loss on how to make the Ashe Pro I purchased to look the same as Ashe Pro shown in the demo.

How can I match the Ashe Pro them I have now to the Ashe theme shown in the Demo?

    Hi Fitzmeri,

Thank you for reaching out and for purchasing Ashe Pro. I completely understand your concern. After importing the demo content, the theme should look the same as the demo version on our website.

The link you shared (192.168…) looks like a local/private server address, so unfortunately we cannot access your WordPress admin panel to check things directly. That’s why it seems different on your end.

To confirm everything works properly, I recommend you try the following:

Create a temporary test site using tastewp.com

Install and activate Ashe Pro there.

Use the “Import Demo Content” option.

This will show you exactly how the demo looks when imported correctly. If it works there but not on your current setup, then the issue is related to your hosting/server configuration, not the theme itself.

If you’d like us to assist directly, please install the plugin Temporary Login Without Password and share a working login URL (with your actual domain, not the local/private IP). That way, we can check your setup from the back end and help fix the issue.

Here’s a quick guide on the plugin: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EMu0e78OpJo

We’ll be glad to sort this out for you.

    Kind regards

Hello Vako! I was able to create a temporary site in tastewp.com and activated the Ashe Pro there. I also imported the “Import Demo Content” action there.

When I used the Ashe Pro theme in the temporary website, the look of the Ashe Pro activated there looked like the Ashe Pro I have in my private website as shown below:

Praised Eathquake with Ashe Pro Theme with Demo Content

It still hasn’t matched to the Ashe Pro shown in the Demo.

For creating a temporary website to access my WordPress dashboard, I’m figuring it now.

but we would like to ask some updates about the Ashe Pro theme at the temporary website having the same problems as my Ashe Pro theme in my private website because the Ashe Pro theme I had doesn’t match to the Ashe Pro theme displayed in the demo.

    What shall I do?

Creating a domain name and hosting a website is currently beyond my reach due to expenses.

    Thanks!

Do you have some sort of Ashe Pro theme with Demo Content zip file already installed so that I would just install it on WordPress?

    Thanks!

    Hi Fitzmerl,

The only way for us to check this issue is to access your website  – but with the URLs you shared its not posible, please check the URL yourself in any browser incognito mode – pretending that you are a user tring to login in.

    Kind Regards
