Hello everyone,

My name is Rodrigo and recently I purchased the pro version. Unfortunately I’m having issues importing the demo content. I saw the video on youtube but it’s still not working. Can you please help me? The website still empty.

The link of the temporary login was sent by me through email to info.wproyal@gmail.com

Demo content import in most cases is related to the server/hosting provider, to make sure there are no other 3rd party sources that can block the demo content import we need to check the website from the admin panel.

In order to assist we need to check your website from the back end, please install this 3rd party plugin “Temporary Login Without Password Plugin” which allows us to access your dashboard without sharing access details.
