Good afternoon
Having recently purchased the pro version of the wp theme, i tried to install and adding the theme is ok and i went through all the documentation etc. i have clicked the demo content button and it says complete but when i go to check on the website, its looking terrible and nothing like the package i was sold, there is no menu, there are no pictures other than the large header picture.
I have tried all the other themes to see if it would work but nothing.
I got to the point where i got someone with experience on Fiverr to do the install but same problem.
We have also cleaned everything out, did a fresh install of wordpress and still nothing like the demo of the pro versions
Any ideas whats going wrong ?
site is http://www.aitravelbug.com
Many Thanks
Paul

At first, thank you for choosing our theme and service.
In order to assist we need to check your website from the back end, please install this 3rd party plugin “Temporary Login Without Password Plugin” which allows us to access your dashboard without sharing access details.
To better understand how the plugin works, please watch the video guide below: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EMu0e78OpJo

We checked your shared website admin panel and all the content is imported only images are missing, we had this case earlier on the user’s website and in 10/10 cases it was a server/hosting issue.
It might be your system’s or WordPress-related issue. Please, contact
your hosting provider and ask for an increase.
Ask them to update PHP settings to the following:
PHP max input variables 5000
PHP time limit 100
PHP memory limit 512M
Max input time 30
Upload max filesize 60M
PHP post max size 60M
cURL version
Or you can do this via hosting a control panel as well.
Also please disable any other plugins Except Elementor and Royal
Addons Related before Importing any kit. You can re-enable them after
Import. All be fine then.
Also, you can check our theme and demo import on our testing site and make sure that
it works properly.

Import the demo you want and check.
Please note that the Test site will expire in 4 hours. However, I
assure you that this timeframe will be sufficient to test the
important details of yours.
Kind Regards

The php settings on my hosting site are much higher than the ones you have suggested, so increasing them is not going to be the issue.
Also the testing environment you gave me, is no good as the ability to upload a theme file is not activated.
I think i might as well just give up,
I know the issues are missing, which is your fault, but also even if the images were there, your settings within the site are saying that the image source is not local and actually resides on your servers, so would seem this theme is great if run on your hosting otherwise you are on your own to figure it out.
Thanks
March 15, 2024 at 12:07 am #75102Hi Paul,
As we mentioned earlier, we have experience with users with a similar issue and 10 out of 10 were server-side issues.
Also please note that if the demo import has an issue it won’t load any content at all but as you eventually see on your website content was imported only Images are missing.
Kind Regards
