    Hi,

    I am getting no response to my e-mail so I try it again on this support page. More than half a year ago I posted a problem on this support page. After some contact I was told to wait until the next wordpress update. There were multiple updates of wordpress since then. The same problem is still there. When I try to fill in an input field on the alt sidebar, it hides and I can’t see what I am typing.

    We apologise for the inconvenience, but we had already responded via email messaging that we are unable to determine the issue you have, it happens only on several mobile phones and in the cases, we are not able to catch it, we offered a refund of your payment as we are unable to help in this case.
