I will try to explain it more detailed. We have used two text and media blocks on our page. the two block are not aligned the same. We tried to send a print screen of our problem, but then the forum gives an error.

Maybe the reason is incorrect positioning form the back end of the page.
In order to assist we need to check your website from the back end, please install this 3rd party plugin “Temporary Login Without Password Plugin” which allows us to access your dashboard without sharing access details.

As we mentioned in the previous reply, you need to align images and text fro the page editor, please see the screenshot: https://nimb.ws/Vy8jZJ we tried to adjust them but images appeared bigger so we discarded changes and left as it was before our access, we have not permission to make any kind of changes.
