    Sorry for the late reply we have been on holidays

    Seems that your server/hosting provider needs to be involved in this issue.

    The error means the connection to our API server was being blocked on the user’s site, for some reason. In this case, I recommend contacting the hosting provider and asking them to whitelist our IP addresses. They could find 4-5 IP addresses on these pages that need to be whitelisted:

    Hello,

    Thank you for your technical investigation.

    My blog is on free hosting. The request to whitelist your IP addresses cannot be succeed.

    I’ll just use your free Bard theme, which is a good theme, even in the free version.
