Hello, I bought the Ashe Pro a few days ago. I installed he theme and imported the Demo Version. My problem is that not all elements from the theme version i have chosen are not on my site:
https://ashe-pro.wp-royal-themes.com/demo/?ref=ashe-pro-backend-about-predefined-styles
This is my hp:
For instance on the right side there is not the round picture above the short bio-info for a profile pic, or the join the family email subsrib-box is missing, or under the header the three boxes with “features”, “test drive” or “pro version”.
Or all the instagram elements of this theme and the space of the banner ad is different and not like the imported demo.
Can you help me please as I bought it to look like the theme.
Thank you and kind regards to you

At first, thank you for choosing our theme and service.
In order to assist we need to check your website from the back end, please install this 3rd party plugin “Temporary Login Without Password Plugin” which allows us to access your dashboard without sharing access details.

Sorry for the late reply we have been on holidays
We where able to access your website and check from the admin panel, we cant say exactly what was the reason for the missing section during the demo import, but we cant import demo content now as you already have your own real content on the website, if we do the import now all the content gets mixed up.
1. So here are the solutions step by step. We already placed the Authot widget on your website in the right sidebar. To change the image, please navigate to Dashboard > Appearance > Widgets > Sidebar Right > Ashe: Author widget, open it, and replace the image URL with your preferred one. Refer to the screenshots for more info.

B. https://prnt.sc/BjJlpQIPiLvi2. Banners under the header section must be added as well, for that please navigate to Dashboard > Appearance > Customize > Featured Links and upload images for them, refer to screenshot: https://prnt.sc/p0ca8r21OLI6
3. Here is the video guide on how to insert Instagram feed on your website: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=E8vmC4BPU0U&t=22s
