I have corrected all my featured images with Ajax Rebuild. Everything runs great. 🙂 All featured images have now the perfect dimensions – also the featured images that I upload for a new post…
…but since the update the featured image of new posts have the wrong dimensions. It seems that it does not show 16:9 but 9:16 now. This concerns just a new post with its featured image. What can I do?
*since the new Ashe update I mean.
Hi Joachim,
At first, thank you for choosing our theme and service.
In order to assist we need to check your website from the back end, please install this 3rd party plugin “Temporary Login Without Password Plugin” which allows us to access your dashboard without sharing access details.
To better understand how the plugin works, please watch the video guide below: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EMu0e78OpJo

This is not a problem of the backend. This is a problem of the theme. To suggest to give you an entry to the backend shows me that this is just an automatic answer. If you update a theme your programmer should test his updates before publishing it.
Hi Joachim,
We released a new update which fixed the issue with the featured images, but it seems that issue still appears on your end, we need access to the website back to investigate the issue faster and fix it locally on your side before we release the theme update.
Kind Regards
