Hi, for some reason, only the first 3 featured images on my blog homepage are displaying correctly in Chrome…. the next 7 thumbnaila are squashed.
Safari and Firefox both display ok? I’ve tried changing the featured image, but they always look squashed if they are in position 4-10 on the homepage.
This applies to all 3 pages when I scroll through them. First 3 good, the next 7 bad?

November 17, 2024 at 1:16 am #75990Hi Marcus and Mette,
At first, thank you for choosing our theme and service.
In order to assist we need to check your website from the back end, please install this 3rd party plugin “Temporary Login Without Password Plugin” which allows us to access your dashboard without sharing access details.
To better understand how the plugin works, please watch the video guide below: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EMu0e78OpJo

November 17, 2024 at 6:58 am #75994This is not a backend issue – it is a theme issue, and I’m having the same problem.
Also, the Customize menu is a mess! See: https://imgur.com/a/LPSwShn
Stop asking for backend access when it’s a theme issue for multiple site owners.
You need to update the theme again, as it’s totally messed up in WP6.7.
November 17, 2024 at 12:34 pm #75998I’m having the same problem. On the main page the first featured photo is showing at the correct size, but the next photos are all way too small and squashed. When can we expect a theme update to be compatible with the new WP update? https://pineconesandprimers.com/
November 17, 2024 at 2:03 pm #75999I have the same exact issue. The first three Featured Images are fine, the next are all squished. (https://charami.com)
November 17, 2024 at 3:19 pm #76000Same problem on my website https://gorskim-szlakiem.pl
Ashe-grid-thumbnails and ashe-full-thumbnails getting squished from 533×333 to 330×150 against functions.php attributes
November 17, 2024 at 5:55 pm #76001@Vako, we need a theme update, as this is a problem with the theme. Can you please estimate when you might be able to troubleshoot this?

November 19, 2024 at 12:07 am #76011Yes, here the same. Many posts have wrong dimensions for the featured image on the single post pages since the new update now. This is not a problem of the backend. It is the problem since the new Ashe Pro theme update.
November 19, 2024 at 1:06 am #76014Hi Folks,
Sorry for the late reply we have been on holidays
Ashe theme had some issues with the new WP release yes we admit that, but our developers released an update already.
1. Please make sure that the theme is running on the latest version: 3.7.7
2. Please make sure that caching plugins or cache is not the reason for the issue
3. If the issue still exists, that could mean that the old version of the images are still saved on your website and they are displayed, so please install 3rd party plugin: AJAX Thumbnail Rebuild here is the link: https://wordpress.org/plugins/ajax-thumbnail-rebuild/ that you have to rebuild thumbnails and all be fine.Kind Regards
November 19, 2024 at 2:09 am #76022Eu tenho o meu blog atualizado e a imagem de destaque continua demasiado reduzida. Vejam o que se passa. Meu blog é http://www.estradafora.com , entre no blog com o Chrome e veja o tamanho da imagem de destaque.
