Hello,
This is to inform you that the ashe pro plugin i purchased 19/02/2023 is no longer functioning on my website,caused a 500 error on my site,until i replace it was when my site started working properly,Please treat as urgent and provide me a solution or let me know why there is an error,it’s been like that since 25/02/2024

After the investigation process, we assume that the reason for the issue could be one of the installed 3rd party plugins.
1. The reason for the issue can be your installed plugins, please deactivate them one by one and you will able to catch which one was the source for the issue.
2. If you want to not lose all the changes made with the plugins, please install 3rd party plugin staging, clone your website database and make the changes on the cloned staging site, here is the video guide to better understand how it works.https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YtY-q5BBpeE
