Hi,
I just upgraded to Ashe pro and realised some of my customisations in the free theme was gone and I had to redo them. Is this common? So if I switch to another Ashe theme, my customisations might be gone again?
Also for the widget for Cookies and Consent, is there a way to set the conditions so that visitors (not logged in) will only view it the first time and not every time? Can’t seem to find the condition there.

At first, thank you for choosing our theme and service.
1. Can you please describe the issue related to the pro theme in more detail? After the theme upgrade, nothing should be changed on the website, There may be a minor change that we faced earlier and it’s only the header image itself, in this case, you can reupload the header image again.
2. Regarding the cookie consent, please contact plugin support itself and ask them for assistance.
