    The reason for the issue was the shortcode you used on the home page “[ashe_blog categories=”blogs” amount=”5″

    In order to investigate the issue, we need to redirect this topic to the developer’s board, please don’t change the login URL till our next response.

    Hi, Please go ahead.

    Also I was checking the website last night, and the error has been not showing on the website, but all the additional CSS code that I added for designing some elements of the website according to my preferences has been removed. Can you tell me if you will re-add this CSS, or do I have to do it myself? Also, when I open the website customizer, I still encounter an error: ‘Warning: Attempt to read property “post_status” on null in /home/u339854896/domains/ownloveinstructor.com/public_html/wp-admin/includes/template.php on line 2298.’ There are similar errors as well. Please resolve these issues as soon as possible because my website is live.

    Seems that our developers removed the mentioned CSS due to the investigation process.

    Hi,

    I appreciate the efforts your developers are putting into resolving the issue. However, after checking the website, I’ve noticed that although the CSS code is now visible, but the errors persist.

    As these errors are affecting the functionality of my website, it is crucial for me to resolve them promptly. I will look forward for the resolution.

    Hi again,

    I’ve checked and category slug was wrong, it should look like [ashe_blog categories=”history-of-islam” amount=”5″], instead it was categories=”blogs”

    Please check it now, I’ve inserted in the bottom of the home page main grid.

    Hi again,

    I’ll need ftp details cause I’ve made a little mistake in wp-config to check some stuff and lost access to site,
    Please provide ftp details or delete in wp-config wp_debug_log line and I’ll get back to the issue,

    Please resolve this issue quickly. I’ve opened the website, but it’s not loading on my end either. It’s been 10 days, and the issue hasn’t been resolved. Kindly address this promptly so that I can resume working on my website. Thank you.

    Hi,

    I wanted to inform you that I have successfully resolved the front-end FTP issue we were facing. Everything seems to be functioning as expected.

    However, please resolve warning errors showing on the Theme Customizer.
