    Hello,

    I have recently installed Ashe Pro and it does not recognize the custom translations I made in Loco Translate for the free Ashe theme. When I go to the Ahshe Pro tab of Loco Translate, it says “No translations found for Ashe Pro”.

    There is, however, a whole set of language bundles below this message. It says “Extra files found- this bundle wasn’t fully configured.”

    If I click the Dutch bundle in the list that follows “Extra files found”, I get the message “translation set not known in Ashe Pro”.

    What to do? I really want to translate away some of the English from the front end of my site.

    Weird case, there must be some settings that you are missing.

    In order to assist we need to check your website from the back end, please install this 3rd party plugin “Temporary Login Without Password Plugin” which allows us to access your dashboard without sharing access details.

    Please share with us the words-strings you want to be translated and their translated version into German or in your preferred language. We will translate them for you.
